I'm a physiotherapist, Clinical Pilates instructor and yoga teacher based in South London.

My approach

Movement can be a powerful tool for recovery, but there is rarely a one-size-fits-all solution.

In my experience, recovery is about more than muscles, joints and tissues alone. Our previous experiences, emotional state, lifestyle, stress levels and beliefs can all influence how we move and how we heal.

Every person arrives with a different story, different goals and different challenges. That's why I believe rehabilitation should help people feel supported and empowered as they return to movement.
