“Mysore class”
Mysore style is a self-practice class where students progressively learn a sequence of postures (asanas) according to their own levels. Although in the same group setting, students practice independently while supervised and assisted by the teacher.
With time, students are taught how to apply the three fundamentals of the ashtanga practice: breath, and its relationship with movement (vinyasa); drishti, the looking place or focal point; and bandhas, subtle energetic locks that use the body and mind to direct the movement of energy.
Consistent practice allows these elements to sink into our understanding as we gain a deep awareness of ourselves. Hence, the practice becomes a powerful tool to support our lives.
Private classes
Suitable for individuals or small groups looking to deepen their understanding of this yoga practice. Classes are tailored to each individual level of fitness, taking into consideration injuries and long-term conditions. Giuliana will personalise each session to work in line with your particular needs.
Corporate classes
Energize and unwind with our tailored yoga sessions, perfect for pre- or post-work rejuvenation. In just 60 or 90 minutes, experience tension release through stretches, synchronized breath, and guided meditation. Elevate your focus and relaxation for a balanced day ahead.
